Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from when your order is delivered to send it back to our office for a refund or exchange. Please note that the product need to be in a perfect state and the culotte hygienic lining protection needs to be intact.

The item(s) must be sent in their original condition. 
Our exchanges are free once per order.
Note that in case you want a full refund, we will refund you the full amount minus the shipping costs.

As long as we have your size in stock you can easily exchange your item(s) for free once per order. This involves all the clothes in the order as long as they are being sent in the same package.

An exchange is not a refund.
In case you wish to receive a full refund, we will refund you the full amount minus the shipping costs.

Shipping costs
We do not stand for shipping costs of returned items by customers, the shipping costs will be withdrawn from your refund. We do offer free exchanges once per order.
